"Good campaign opportunities, with one avoidable hassle"
I’ve found some genuinely useful campaign leads here, and it’s been a solid place to spot new opportunities. There were a couple of small things that felt avoidable, but overall it’s been helpful and worth using.

"My Grapevine Logic partnership fell short"
I worked with Grapevine Logic on a brand partnership, it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. My main contact seemed to drop the ball a few times, replies were slow, the details kept shifting, and the brand fit didn’t feel very thoughtful for my audience. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it felt like the process could’ve been handled with a lot more care. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to partner with them again.

"Good communication overall"
My experience with grapevinelogic.com was solid overall. Their communication was good, and they usually got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. The replies were easy to understand too, like they’d basically say, “Here’s what’s happening” and then explain the next step without making it confusing. I did have to ask one question twice, but it wasn’t a huge issue, and they followed up after that. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, just maybe a little room for them to be quicker sometimes

"Easy for me to pick up"
I started using GrapeVine Logic mostly on my own, i found it easy to get the hang of. The menus made sense to me, the pages loaded quickly, and I wasn’t constantly hunting around trying to figure out where things were. For what I need, it feels clean, simple, and straightforward.

"I had to reach out to customer support..."
I had to reach out to customer support because there was an issue with my account. To be fair, the person who replied was polite and did try to help, which made me feel a bit more at ease.
That said, the whole thing took longer than I expected, and having to explain the same problem twice was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it left me feeling like the support was just okay. Faster replies would make a big difference.

"Payments have been dependable"
I've been using grapevinelogic.com for a little while now, and yeah, the payments have shown up when they were supposed to. Not always super quick or anything, but... they do come through. Haven't really had any major problems so far, so overall it feels solid.
